Mobile Wheel Variant
The wheel and interface was built to be adaptive to vertical and horizontal interfaces. In this way, opting for a vertical wheel was more favorable as the target player base interacted with the site on mobile devices.
Horizontal Interface Variant
While mobile devices were favored, a native interface was built for horizontal viewports — adjusting the background and corresponding elements to cater accordingly to the composition.
Brainstorming Sketches
I sketched multiple ideas at an early stage to decide which route the feature should take for its “wheel” design. From ideas closer to typical prize wheels to concepts more slot-heavy and far-fetched, the team honed in on a wheel that would spin on its vertical axis, providing a new visual yet to be seen on High 5 Game’s platforms.
I explored multiple iterations and concepts for the Jackpots logo — giving the stakeholders a better sense of tone and direction for the feature.
The final variants of the Jackpot logo were chosen for their distinct flavor, separating them from other prior features on the site and creating a personalized look to pioneer the new feature.
I created celebratory states and corresponding pop ups for each tier to help breath life into the feature interface and excite players further upon landing a jackpot.
• Players enjoyed the Jackpot feature, boosting interaction with jackpot-enabled games by 50%.
• Jackpots was solidified as a core feature within high 5 casino’s B2B & B2C games, and became a quintessential part of H5C’s Sweeps’ selling point gameplay, setting it apart from the competition.

Project Overview
High 5 Casino wanted to establish a strong brand voice for its B2B and B2C progressive prize pool, Rapid Rewards Jackpots! Additionally, the stakeholders wanted to try something new—a programmatically spun wheel with a vertical orientation — so I began concepting!
